a. To establish a synagogue in Ashdod in the Samson neighborhood for members of the Persian community living in Ashdod.
b. To acquire by any means, rent, or receive as a gift a plot of land for the purpose of establishing the synagogue.
c. To construct the synagogue building on the aforementioned plot either directly or through others and to perform all necessary actions for this purpose.
d. To manage the synagogue, equip it and provide it with religious articles needed for religious worship to be conducted there.
