How long does it take to start processing payments?

We can generally set you up the same day that you join. The process involves a short digital sign-up and confirmation of your nonprofit's bank account details. There is a one-time ₪300 setup fee for KYC verification.

Can we process payments at physical events too?

Yes! The service supports payment processing from anywhere: forms, events, landing pages, cellphones, and online stores. You can share a donation link or QR code at any physical event and donors can give instantly from their phone.

How do funds reach our bank account?

Transfers are made directly to your registered bank account, once a month, up to the 9th of the month. A ₪5 fee applies per MASAV bank wire. You have full visibility into all transactions and payouts in your dashboard.

What do we need to get started?

Just a short digital sign-up and confirmation of your nonprofit's registered bank account details. We handle the KYC verification process. No technical setup or IT support is needed to get started.
