G. Lukner Nursing Home for Christians Persecuted in Nuremberg (Registered Association)

To establish, manage and maintain nursing homes in Israel in accordance with the Supervision of Residential Care Facilities Law 5728 (1968) and its regulations for members of the Hebrew-speaking Catholic community, organized within the framework of the 'Jacob the Righteous' Association in Israel. To support, maintain, and care for elderly Christians and their spouses and descendants who suffered due to the Nuremberg Laws. To support, maintain, and care for Christians who suffered as a result of the rescue of Jews persecuted by the Nazi regime. To mobilize support and resources to establish, manage and maintain nursing homes as detailed above and to carry out the Association's objectives. To acquire in any manner, hold, and manage all movable and immovable property to fulfill the Association's objectives, to mortgage, secure, lease, or sell them, and to act with them in any manner the Association deems fit. To use the Association's property and resources for charitable and assistance purposes, to the extent and if they are not needed within the scope of the objectives detailed above.
