Establishing an 'experimental kitchen' to preserve and document culinary knowledge, and to accelerate innovation in Israeli cuisine and food culture. Creating a dedicated venue for presenting Israeli food culture, which will serve as an international destination for culinary experts from around the world (chefs, media, and scholars) and for the general public
