To adapt, implement and complete all development and infrastructure of Moshav Eros that is not under the authority and responsibility of the government, municipal authorities or local authorities, for the benefit of Moshav Eros and the welfare of its residents. To establish, fundraise and maintain funds for promoting the organization's goals.
