To build, establish, maintain, develop, or provide financial or other assistance in the construction, establishment, maintenance and development of prayer houses, bathhouses, mikvaot, rest houses, educational institutions, libraries and all other facilities of a public or private nature that uphold Torah and commandments and that can be considered beneficial to their religious, national, moral and material needs, including community and cultural activities, assistance to the needy, distribution of food baskets, community donations, distribution of scholarships, conducting seminars and study days for residents of the State of Israel.
