To initiate the establishment and management of community frameworks for people with disabilities in Givatayim. To manage the Freiman hostel for people with disabilities on Hamayan Street 40, hereinafter referred to as Freiman House. To employ and manage the workforce that will operate Freiman House. To cooperate with the Givatayim Municipality and the Services for the Mentally Retarded in the Ministry of Welfare. To initiate and organize fundraising and donation collection activities from public, government, private bodies and various organizations for the purpose of developing and operating community frameworks for people with disabilities in Givatayim. To conduct periodic audits and evaluations of the proper operation of Freiman House. Priority for housing in Freiman House shall be reserved for residents of the City of Givatayim.
