To establish a central charitable fund. To act for purposes of charity and benevolence and educational purposes among the children of Israel. To establish, maintain, and manage Torah educational institutions for all ages, and specifically without limiting the generality of this section, Torah schools, yeshivas, kolels, and study frameworks for adults.
