Providing community services for the elderly including assistance in planning, financing, and establishing new services and institutions for elderly care in Nazareth Illit including Holocaust survivors and immigrant elderly. Generally providing assistance services to the elderly including Holocaust survivors and immigrant elderly, either with or without compensation, provided that any compensation received is not for profit-making but for covering and advancing the organization's purposes
