Management of a community center in Carmiel. Representation of the region and its residents in matters of the local authority where the center operates. Community action among the population within the local authority where the center is located, at all levels, with their participation in these activities and in general. Cultivating the culture and tradition of community members. Encouraging and implementing welfare activities for the benefit of the entire population with resident participation and involvement. Improving quality of life and leisure culture in the community. Developing and encouraging community activities, including social, educational, sports, and cultural activities and leisure activities. Organizing cultural and entertainment events, lectures, and theater performances. Addressing weak populations and strengthening them. Implementing community, cultural, educational, and sports activities, including on topics and in areas as detailed above, in coordination and connection with the community and in cooperation with it. All organization activities shall be conducted within the framework of law and justice in the State of Israel
