To promote this goal, the association is authorized to do everything that would be beneficial and helpful in achieving this goal, even if not specified in the regulations, and specifically without limiting the above, advancing Tel Aviv-Yafo as a world city, branding Tel Aviv-Yafo as a national and international metropolitan center, positioning the city as a global business center, developing and promoting Tel Aviv-Yafo as an international investment center, developing Tel Aviv-Yafo as a center of innovation and entrepreneurship, establishing and promoting Tel Aviv-Yafo as an international conference center, developing and promoting Tel Aviv-Yafo as an international cultural center, promoting and cultivating Tel Aviv-Yafo as an international academic metropolis, establishing the field of international film and television production, strengthening the positive image of Tel Aviv-Yafo as a leading tourist destination, encouraging and promoting incoming tourism, domestic tourism and visitor services during their visit to the city
