The organization will be an umbrella organization whose purpose is to raise and collect funds for member organizations and transfer allocation funds, support, and donations from foundations and private donors to them. To establish, maintain, develop, expand, and consolidate the Mevasseret Zion education campus and the educational institutions operating in it, both spiritually and materially. To provide Torah students with Torah and fear of God. To establish, found, develop, manage, and maintain educational institutions, schools, study halls, colleges, kindergartens, day care centers, boarding schools, residential apartments, workshops, laboratories, playgrounds, and sports facilities. To develop and engage in Torah, educational, and community activities with the Jewish people and Jewish youth in general, to hold seminars and study halls. To organize Torah studies, lectures, and discussions in Jewish communities in Israel and in the diaspora. To disseminate Torah and issue study books and reference books in this framework. The organization will manage the education campus, maintain and have exclusive control of the campus's assets, and manage shared areas.
