Preserving the cultural and spiritual values of Italian Jewry and disseminating them in the State of Israel and through them disseminating Torah study among Italian immigrants and their descendants; establishing prayer houses according to the customs of the Roman community and the prayer order used in Italian communities and encouraging the establishment of similar synagogues in Israel; conducting community and social activities in the aforementioned prayer houses and the Jewish calendar; providing material and financial support and assistance to the needy who are immigrants from Italy or their descendants, or whom, in the opinion of the organization's board, have sufficient connection to Italian Jewry for this purpose - all on condition that the supported person lives in Israel; encouraging immigration of Italian Jews
