Eliyahu Hall Association for Building a Synagogue on the Carmel in memory of the Prophet Elijah

To establish, manage and maintain a synagogue on Mount Carmel, to issue circulars, publish announcements and reach the public and Jewish communities through all means of advertising in order to receive donations, gifts and contributions for the benefit of the synagogue, to establish and organize a library and book repository for books and ritual objects and to establish regulations regarding the lending of books and their usage times, etc., to establish any association in order to carry out one of the special goals of the association or for any other goal that the association deems likely and beneficial to its work directly or indirectly, to establish and support or assist in establishing or supporting associations, companies, institutions, trust funds and trusts whose goals are appropriate to the association's goals or whose goal is to assist goals of religion, charity, kindness and culture that the association may be interested in, to lend money to people and institutions for purposes that can preserve and develop the association's activities and ensure the fulfillment of contracts by people and institutions for such purposes, to make arrangements or agreements with another association or with another incorporated or unincorporated legal entity by which the association will transfer to the other association or to the other body the management of all synagogue matters (distinguishing from association matters) setting the order of prayers, ordering and appointing cantors, preachers, speakers, secretaries, poets, messengers, shamashim and other required synagogue positions. Any lawful activity that would promote and instill Jewish and Zionist values in the spirit of Israeli tradition and heritage and bring together hearts between religious and secular. To invest and encourage initiatives and contribute money to any institution or body working for education or promotion of values in the spirit of the association's goals, including for the purpose of establishing buildings, including a study center and synagogue where such activities will take place. To support or assist any institution and/or body whose purpose is to work for religious, charitable, kindness and religious Zionist culture goals in the spirit of the association's goals. To support or contribute to any organization, union or movement including youth movements that promote values in the spirit of the association's goals
