To establish and disseminate among the members of the lodge the principles upon which free construction is based. To acquire by purchase, lease, or in any other manner, to hold and manage all real and personal property, and also to acquire shares in a company whose purpose is to acquire personal and real property for the purpose of realizing the lodge's objectives, to mortgage, to pledge, to lease, to rent, or to sell them or to act in any manner for the lodge. To use the lodge's income to realize its objectives and not for the purpose of making pure profit.
