Creating and strengthening links with government, public, or private institutions in Israel and abroad to advance the association's purposes. Provision of counseling and guidance services to populations of the blind and visually impaired in the areas of social welfare, employment, rehabilitation, culture, and well-being. Establishment of a center enabling people with visual impairments to engage in employment activities as alternative therapies, personal coaching, workshops in various and diverse fields and crafts. Establishment of a club enabling meetings and lectures for personal, professional, and emotional advancement for blind and visually impaired children and adults.
