To establish, found, organize and manage rehabilitation facilities, nursing departments, rehabilitation and medical rest facilities. To establish and manage a charity fund to provide medical or other assistance to residents of the organization's facility who need it and to receive, for this purpose, monetary grants and/or donations from any source. To establish, found, organize and manage cultural, scientific and artistic activities, libraries and other cultural institutions within the framework of the objectives listed above.
