To establish, plan, organize, found and improve enterprises, facilities and activities related to education, both general and agricultural, culture and arts, sports, recreation and tourism, and activities to promote society, including acquisition of equipment for this purpose. To provide educational, cultural and artistic services, sports and related services to residents of the area, and also to cooperate with other educational and cultural institutions. To improve, enhance and operate halls and/or classrooms and lecture rooms and/or sports and recreation facilities of all kinds and related equipment. To maintain, establish and manage swimming pools, research institutes, halls, classrooms, buildings, devices, facilities, tools, equipment and their components and all other things necessary to promote sports, education, culture and recreation activities. To engage in the development of science, research, education, culture and arts, recreation and tourism activities for organization members. To acquire, rent and maintain buildings and facilities of all kinds to fulfill the organization's objectives, to perform all work necessary to provide education, culture and arts, research, sports and recreation services to organization members. To build, establish, maintain and manage buildings, gardens and other real estate as the organization deems appropriate and useful to advance its objectives. To enter into agreements of any kind with any person, body or authority, whether private or public, whether in Israel or abroad, regarding the management, assistance and cooperation in any matter within the scope of the organization's objectives or activities, and to request and receive rights that may advance the organization's objectives, all or some, and to enter into agreements, contracts, obligations or other arrangements with any such person, body or authority as necessary from time to time to advance the organization's matters and objectives. To foster social and cultural relationships among its members and among residents of Israel. To found and participate in associations, companies and other bodies to advance the organization's objectives. To discuss and engage in all matters relating to the organization, its institutions and branches and any body connected to it, their existence, maintenance and expansion, and in relation to all of these to come into contact with the Israeli government, local authorities and/or others and make arrangements as deemed appropriate and beneficial in accordance with all law.
