Actions of encouragement, guidance, and assistance to Jews who repent, acts of kindness, charitable deeds, and all kinds of assistance. Creation and establishment of funds and provision of grants, scholarships, and loans to yeshiva graduates and kollel students for the purpose of spreading the light of Torah. To create funds and sources of income to ensure the budget for the operation of the organization, to receive donations and grants and budgets from the founders and members as well as from individuals and various entities in money and property.
