Management of a community center in the Misgav Regional Council and also, without detracting from the generality of the above section:
Representation of the region and its residents in the areas of the local authority in which the community center operates.
Community activities among the population within the local authority's jurisdiction where the community center or center is located on all its levels, while participating in these activities:
Community, educational, social, and cultural activities to promote human value, both for the cultivation of the individual and community and for the development of a democratic and pluralistic society.
Cultivation of the culture and traditions of community members.
Encouragement and implementation of welfare activities for the benefit of the entire community and population, with the participation and involvement of residents. Improvement of quality of life and leisure culture in the community.
Development and encouragement of community activities, including social, educational, sports, and cultural activities and leisure activities.
Organization of cultural activities and entertainment, lectures, and theatrical performances.
Treatment of vulnerable populations and their empowerment.
Implementation of community, cultural, educational, and sports activities, including on subjects and in fields as detailed above, in coordination and in connection with the community and in cooperation with it.
All activities of the organization shall be within the framework of law and justice in the State of Israel
