Yoav - For Advancement of Education, Culture, Sports and Tourism

To promote, cultivate and develop education, culture and sports in the jurisdiction of Yoav Regional Council. To initiate, promote, cultivate, plan, found, establish, build, organize, acquire, finance, maintain, equip, operate and manage: a) Institutions, institutes, halls, facilities and educational institutions for imparting knowledge and education in science, technology, education, culture, arts and sports and activities in these fields. b) Educational institutions, research institutes, laboratories, workshops, associations and sports and recreation facilities, including gymnasiums, swimming pools, stadiums and sports equipment of all types. To publish, print, edit, distribute, produce and publish books, journals, newspapers, research, works, films, computer software, art works and printed materials of all kinds as well as other publications. To cooperate, initiate, establish, found, support the establishment and operation of any body, company, association, organization or other legal entity, in Israel or abroad, with goals identical or similar to the organization's goals, or through cooperation with them or with their assistance to advance any of the organization's goals. To cooperate with Yoav Regional Council, other local authorities and with kibbutzim and moshavim in any way that may advance any of the organization's goals.
