Israel Equestrian Federation

To develop equestrian sports and increase the number of active athletes in the federation. To organize leagues and competitions in equestrian sports. To train national and squad athletes and a broad reserve in equestrian sports for representation of the State of Israel in official international frameworks and in Olympic, Paralympic and World Games, including preparation for them. To engage many young athletes to form a broad foundation for outstanding athletes in the future. To encourage the female population to engage in achievement sports, striving for quantitative and qualitative equality with men. To organize international sports competitions in Israel to strengthen ties with the international sports community. To maintain an equestrian coaching program, equestrian courses and to train equestrian instructors and coaches. To initiate, establish and operate equestrian centers. To hold horse shows and exhibitions. To cultivate horse breeds. To manage registration and tracking of sport horses in Israel. To ensure the welfare of horses and to educate and guide the public in proper care and appropriate treatment of horses. To collect funds and receive donations and grants from lack and arrears, establish funds and manage them, all in order to enable the implementation of the above goals. To engage in all of the above not for profit distribution purposes, and to invest all profits toward promotion of the above goals.
