1. Awarding scholarships and loans to students, Torah scholars and researchers at the Ludwig and Erika Jesselson Institute for Advanced Torah Studies at Bar-Ilan University ("the Institute").
2. Assisting in the management, promotion and development of the Institute.
3. Should the Institute cease to exist, the association will assist in the management, promotion and development of a similar institution with identical or similar goals to those of the Institute.
