Ramat Gan Museum of Israeli Art

To operate and maintain a museum for the purpose of promoting and encouraging the collection, presentation and preservation of Israeli art in its various aspects through the operation and maintenance of a museum by the organization. To preserve and promote Israeli art, to provide and support it publicly, financially, artistically and in any way decided by the organization's institutions. To initiate, organize and carry out any action for the continuation and prosperity of an art museum in general and the museum in particular, with all the components necessary for its operation. To initiate, cultivate and encourage activities related to art and various performances in the field of art, in order to encourage the public to visit the museum or events held on its behalf. To provide grants, scholarships and prizes to promote the museum's goals and to cultivate and encourage education, culture and spiritual and artistic creation in all its fields. To establish and promote funds, unions or incorporated institutions with similar goals, wholly or in part to the museum's goals and/or the organization, to mediate and participate in such bodies and cooperate with them. To employ artists, writers, painters, sculptors, photographers, curators, actors, instructors, teachers, clerks and other workers for the purpose of carrying out the museum's and/or organization's goals. To collect, solicit and receive funds from various sources, private or public, for the purpose of promoting and carrying out the museum's and/or organization's goals. To establish various funds and corporations for the purpose of achieving the museum's and/or organization's goals or similar goals, maintaining and managing them. To cooperate with various cultural, arts and educational institutions in the country and abroad. To organize visits to the museum. To establish a library, archive, film archive and publications within the framework of the museum. To organize, produce and manage various activities for city residents, including conducting guided tours, workshops with Israeli artists, lectures and workshops in the fields of Israeli culture and art, preliminary exhibitions for organization members "ahead of an exhibition," under the guidance of the presenting artist and all in cooperation with the museum and its people.
