To promote and advance the status and improve the welfare of magicians and illusionists in Israel and to protect their professional interests. The organization shall not serve as the representative organization of those engaged in the aforementioned fields, but shall represent the interests of its members from time to time before various bodies, including institutions and authorities, and before organizations of magicians and illusionists worldwide. Promotion of magic arts in Israel and raising the professional standards of magicians in Israel. Encouragement of original creation in the fields of magic arts. Provision of consultation to magicians in all areas of their professional activity. Mutual assistance, support and aid to magicians, including through the establishment of a scholarship fund that will assist by providing loans to organization members in financial hardship. Preservation of professional ethics, including prevention of magicians posing as having supernatural powers and prevention of disclosure of professional secrets. Cultivation and promotion of youth as the future generation of magicians at a high professional level. Raising public awareness of magic arts in Israel. Establishment of a professional library. Study, research and documentation of the history of magic arts in Israel. Identification, purchase and collection of collector items with the aim of creating a museum collection.
