To establish, found, manage and maintain educational institutions, yeshivas, kollelim, synagogues, study halls, Torah institutions, acts of kindness, charity, charitable funds and to provide assistance to those in need. To establish, found, plan, build, rent, lease, sell and provide buildings and apartments to young couples devoted to Torah.
