Assistance in establishing and operating Torah and education institutions for the ultra-Orthodox public, returnees to Judaism, and Torah-studying fellows; handling all matters related to education and Torah dissemination in Emanuel and throughout Israel. Establishment and operation of residences for children with special education needs, special needs, and disabled individuals. Transportation of disabled residents of the facility and transportation of disabled individuals from the community to the facility and home, as well as for medical and/or developmental treatments.
