Establishing a relief fund to provide mutual support and assistance to performing artists in need and veteran artists to enable them to continue their existence and cultural activities in Israel and to promote culture and arts in Israel. Preserving, fostering and promoting culture, arts and local creativity in Israel through performing artists. The organization will assist performing artists in Israel and advance and honor performing artists in Israel in every permitted and legal way
