Pioneering task-based groups; establishing and operating task-based groups; establishing and developing centers in Beit Shemesh and other development towns to impart Jewish values, instilling love of Torah, the Jewish people, and the Land of Israel; spreading Torah and Torah education throughout the State of Israel; operating kolelim; the organization will promote the issue of maintaining and caring for community centers throughout the country; establishing a community rabbis project throughout the country; assisting families in distress and operating activities in charity centers throughout Israel; establishing educational institutions in Israel—kindergartens, elementary schools, high school yeshivas, yeshiva post-secondary programs, girls' seminaries, study halls for boys and girls, afternoon programs; establishing and operating Torah-based groups throughout the country and encouraging permanent settlement while contributing educational and social activities; absorbing immigrants (all subject to what is stated in the organization's letters from December 2, 2014, and January 13, 2015); establishing communities for students and young adults in the social and geographic periphery (as detailed in the organization's letter from May 7, 2018); pioneering task-based groups; establishing and operating task-based groups
