a. Operating and maintaining the "Ancient Synagogue - Motza". b. Holding prayers on Saturdays, holidays, and as much as possible on weekdays. c. Managing, conducting and maintaining the synagogue. d. Maintaining and operating the hall in the basement level, as well as the adjacent courtyards. e. Making donations from synagogue funds to recognized institutions and/or people in need. f. Managing a prayer hall/events hall on the ground floor, at the sole discretion of the committee. g. The synagogue is bound by the laws of the State of Israel and shall not be identified with any stream and/or political body whatsoever, and accordingly shall refrain from accepting budgets or donations from the state or any political body, or a body connected to a political body.
