1. To preserve, promote and develop the Neve Afeq - IDF residential neighborhood (hereinafter: "the Neighborhood") in Rosh Ha'Ayin, for organization members and neighborhood residents. 2. To serve as a link between organization members and neighborhood residents and the organization's institutions and municipal institutions. To protect and preserve the rights of organization members and to represent organization members before any authority and/or public body and/or municipal and/or governmental body, in accordance with these bylaws. 3. To initiate, encourage and support cultural, educational, religious, health, sports and welfare events. 4. To lease and/or rent real estate and other assets for the needs of the organization and development of the neighborhood.
