Kollel for married scholars within a training program for studying rabbinic and judicial law to prepare them to serve in communities in Israel and abroad. Distribution of regular scholarships to outstanding scholars, establishing and operating a synagogue and study hall in the Ramat neighborhood of Jerusalem for the kollel scholars. Establishing Torah educational institutions: small and large yeshivas, fathers and sons programs, Torah library. Organizing Torah cultural activities and community events for all ages. Establishing a spiritual center for the general and Sephardic public in particular including: Torah lessons, lectures, kollels, and events around Israeli holidays. Establishing a youth club and community activities.
