To develop the petanque sport in Israel. To develop, encourage and promote physical culture, physical and mental health, and sportsmanlike conduct through the game of petanque. To encourage the establishment of sports facilities in general and petanque in particular for sports activities. To encourage public interest and involvement in sports in general and petanque in particular. To participate in competitions and events in the country and worldwide. To unite and manage sports associations/teams and petanque players in the petanque field. To participate in and organize sports events and competitions. To be a member of sports federations, sports organizations and other frameworks related to sports or that manage sports activities. To assist sports associations in the petanque field from among the member clubs, and registered athletes in them, in all matters related to their sports activities in the petanque field, in every way the association sees fit and is able to. To train, coach and guide players and teams, to examine and grant certifications to graduates of petanque courses according to the guidelines of the relevant authorities in the petanque field. To form representative teams of players for participation in petanque competitions. To develop international relationships and meetings with players, teams and activists in the petanque field. To purchase, rent, lease, establish, hold, manage and operate clubs, sports fields, sports facilities and any other sports property of any kind and type, which, in the association's discretion, may help promote its objectives or any part thereof. To collect or charge membership fees and/or guest fees, annual participation fees, game fees, hosting fees, donations, bequests, grants, monetary gifts or property, gifts of any kind, from private individuals, members, institutions, government and local institutions, donations from abroad and in general to accept any other assistance, for the purpose of promoting the association's objectives. To organize social events, parties and meetings and any other event, for the purpose of promoting the association's objectives. To serve as trustee for members of the association and to receive money, donations, allowances and other payments on their behalf, and to transfer them to them as trustee, whether in return or not for this trusteeship. To publish brochures, promotional material and any other material on the subject of petanque for members of the association or others. To do all those activities related to or involved in achieving the objectives included in this statute, expressly or implicitly, all or some of them
