To build, establish, maintain, and assist synagogues, libraries, youth organizations, and educational and charitable institutions in Israel. To establish and maintain a kollel for married scholars (avrakhim), distribute scholarships to scholars, establish a free-loan fund and provide loans, assist the needy and those in difficult circumstances, distribute provisions to the needy throughout the year, provide Passover food packages (Kamach D'Pischa), and assist with exceptional medical expenses.
