To establish and maintain a synagogue and Torah community center. To maintain a kollel for married scholars in the study hall, organize Torah lectures and group study, develop a Torah library and computerized Torah library, conduct evening Torah activities for children, hold study sessions between holidays, work to build ritual baths throughout the city, establish and maintain a Shabbat generator, and make the location a center for Torah learning.
