To manage and promote various sports branches in Ramat Hasharon and serve as an independent sports center in Ramat Hasharon. To initiate, plan, establish, and maintain sports facilities in Ramat Hasharon. To operate sports and leisure activities in all fields for all ages and both genders in Ramat Hasharon. To organize youth educational activities within supplementary education. Managing and operating the municipal swimming pool in Ramat Hasharon. Managing and operating Ramat Hasharon's football association. The association will organize activities and programs in physical education and sports for all populations of Ramat Hasharon. While emphasizing target groups as defined by the Sports Administration, which is part of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, as a priority in the order of national importance. The association commits to professional guidance and supervision of the Sports Administration. The association will operate according to the rules of the 'Sports Basket' as agreed from time to time between the Sports Administration and local authorities and as detailed in the 'Plan for Operating Sports Services in Local Authorities' booklet.
