Assisting orchestras in Israel in general and in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa area in particular in fulfilling their objectives, advancing their interests, and carrying out their missions and responsibilities. Encouraging, assisting, supporting, and promoting the playing or study of Jewish or Israeli music. Assisting musicians, particularly new immigrants to Israel and residents of or those active in Ramat Hasharon. Producing artistic programs, catalogs, publications, information booklets, and any other materials related to musical activities in Ramat Hasharon. Purchasing or assisting in acquiring, loaning, or obtaining musical instruments, stage equipment, visual aids, and other accessories needed by musicians in Ramat Hasharon. Producing, printing, and marketing records, television programs, video tapes, and other materials for musical activities in Ramat Hasharon. Establishing funds, awarding scholarships, raising funds and donations, and encouraging resource mobilization to promote music culture in Ramat Hasharon and the organization. Assisting in organizing, maintaining, and managing concert tours in Israel and abroad, producing special concerts and musical performances, and organizing cultural events. Assisting in bringing musicians, soloists, conductors, and music professionals to Israel to advance music culture in Ramat Hasharon. Collaborating with organizations, bodies, and authorities with similar objectives to the organization, both in Israel and abroad. Assisting the orchestra in advancing their interests and objectives with governmental, municipal, and public bodies in Israel
