Upper Galilee Center for Culture and Community (R.A.)

To develop, promote and manage a variety of dance, music, informal education, early childhood education and cultural activities for all residents of the Upper Galilee, from early childhood to old age, and those living in it, and to organize and employ the professional personnel required for this. To develop and manage educational activities and teaching programs, guidance, study and imparting practical and theoretical knowledge in the fields of dance, music, informal education, early childhood, heritage, culture and communications and promotion of the renewed community. To establish, guide and operate individuals, companies, ensembles and groups and perform additional activities as requested in the field of dance, music, informal education, heritage, communications and culture in the Upper Galilee.
