To promote, develop and encourage the professional status of workers in printing, energy, security, guarding, cleaning and nursing care (hereinafter: "workers") by conducting professional apprenticeships, publishing journals, encouraging seminars, schools and/or colleges. To promote, develop and encourage cultural and leisure projects. Establishing and/or encouraging learning and/or instructional centers for the workers' professions. Raising funds to develop the aforementioned goals, including collection through donations from association members and/or labor figures and/or donors from the general public in Israel and around the world. Granting scholarships and certificates of excellence to workers and/or trainees in the workers' professions. Encouraging development and promotion of the workers' professions. Integrating workers from other sectors in the aforementioned activities and goals to the extent that this does not harm the workers' public handled within the framework of the association. To establish funds for professional advancement purposes, including funds aimed at organizing courses, lectures, guidance, training and professional development in the work sectors of the workers
