To promote the social, cultural, community, economic and value development of Ashdod residents. To cultivate equality, brotherhood, good relations and understanding between the various communities, groups, classes and strata in the Ashdod resident community and strengthen the social fabric in Ashdod. To promote cultural activity in Ashdod while emphasizing the cultural heritage of the various population groups in the city and establishing the cultural infrastructure in the city. To cultivate excellence in education and learning in Ashdod while preserving equality of opportunity for the acquisition of knowledge and learning. To organize, conduct, establish, initiate, conduct, maintain and manage activities and enterprises designed to cultivate, strengthen and establish the social and cultural fabric of Ashdod according to the principles of ingathering of exiles, expanding awareness and knowledge of the treasures of the culture of the Jewish diaspora and integrating the tribes of Israel into one nation. To establish, support, assist and promote funds, associations or organized or unorganized institutions with similar objectives, in whole or in part, to the objectives of the association, to cooperate with them and/or participate in such entities. To grant scholarships, grants and prizes for the purpose of promoting any of the other objectives of the association and for the purpose of cultivating and encouraging education, reducing gaps, bringing hearts together, recognizing ethnic and shared cultures and deepening the spiritual and artistic creation of the Jewish diaspora - all within the scope of the association's objectives. To act as a representative, emissary, agent or trustee of donors and volunteers as well as of any groups and/or associations and/or institutions located locally and/or foreign organized and/or unorganized with similar objectives, in whole or in part, to the objectives of the association, to manage their activities, to participate in their activities and also to support and work for the advancement of their objectives. To do any action that the association deems beneficial for the purpose of executing any of the aforesaid objectives. It is emphasized that the functions, activities and programs of the association will be, to the extent possible, those that nonprofit organizations exempt from tax in the State of Israel and in any other country according to any law - and as long as they are not in contradiction with the laws of the State of Israel. To establish and operate a kindergarten-daycare for children, both for toddlers ages 2-4 years and children ages 4-5 including within the scope of pre-mandatory kindergarten.
