To initiate and maintain professional counseling and treatment frameworks for children, youth, and adults. To provide counseling and treatment services in the areas of individuals, families, and communities for residents of the Misgav Regional Council throughout life stages and in various treatment professions. To initiate and maintain community frameworks to assist individuals and families from Misgav Regional Council residents who need assistance in various life situations. As part of this, to establish and manage a fund that will provide financial assistance to individuals and families in distress such as: lack of basic and primary needs for children, sudden economic crisis affecting family members, life-threatening medical conditions, and family crises that cause harm to children's rights.
