To be the representative body of the residents' population. To address and promote legislation to protect the rights of residents. To address and promote legislation regarding the exemption of protected residents from VAT payments. To address the provision of property tax discounts and other benefits to residents from other parties. To represent residents regarding insurance and nursing care hospitalization. To obtain favorable conditions for residents in matters of culture, economy, health, welfare, relief, and similar matters. To work to ensure the rights of residents in protected housing and to provide guarantees for deposits, and to address the cancellation of discriminatory and/or exploitative clauses in contracts. To promote the interests of residents and represent them before the operators of protected housing and before state institutions, the Knesset, local government, and public organizations. To do all that is necessary to accomplish the goals of the organization
