LeOro Nelech - The Educational Center for Volunteering in Israel

"Le'Oro Nelech" works to develop the values of volunteering and leadership among Israeli youth. We aim to bridge the gaps in Israeli society, strengthen their sense of purpose and desire to give, and to encourage quality volunteer work. We bring together those with a desire and ability to give and those who need to receive. We form connections between educational institutions and their youth and weaker populations who can benefit from their help and support. We help the youth discover their ability to give and their desire to be proactive, as we realize that teenagers who are involved in meaningful volunteer work will grow up to be adults who care about what is going on in Israeli society and who play an essential role in molding its identity. We train, guide and support the children at all stages of the volunteer work - from preparation to implementation - with coordinators, volunteers, and professional teams available to help with any problems that arise.
