Association of Friends of the Neve Kineret Ram

Provide and secure support to a large unprivileged population of disabled adults, children and infants, suffering from mental retardation and severe handicaps who are abndoned by their families. We improve their overall well being, health and spirits Our Public Association - Friends of "Neve Kineret - Ram” Homes - was established at July 2001 by 9 people who wished to elevate large population of mentally retarded adults and young children beyond their severe dissability and enable them to enjoy quality of life and the possibility to be involved in community life. In order to fulfill this important goal we plan and execute "to the point" projects, tailored especially to the unique needs of the mentally retarded. Since 2001 we executed over 10 projects such as Treatment Hydrotheraphy Pool and Physioteraphy Center, Therapeutic Zoo, Computer Study Class, Purchasing Medical Equipment and Para Medical Devises and now a days we establish a District Medical and Dental Center to ptovide adjusted care to about 4,000 Mentally Retarded from the Northern Region and Hifa.
