Implementing and disseminating the ideas of Chabad Hasidic philosophy according to the teachings and directives of the Chabad rebbes in general, and the Lubavitcher Rebbe, leader of our generation in particular; promoting study of Chabad Hasidic philosophy and Torah teachings to the general public, including children and youth, and establishing regular and supplementary study frameworks for them, including clubs, summer camps, and summer programs; assisting the public in observing Torah commandments and Hasidic customs; promoting unity; advancing public welfare, peace, and security; providing spiritual absorption for new immigrants; assisting and encouraging those in need of all kinds, including the sick, elderly, new immigrants, bereaved families, victims of terrorism, and all those needing help and encouragement; operating assistance and charity programs including providing interest-free loans; assisting in the rehabilitation of prisoners and their families, including operating Torah study frameworks; promoting volunteerism, supporting and encouraging those working for the public good, security, and welfare; conducting Jewish cultural activities; promoting Jewish values regarding the integrity of Torah, People, and Land; disseminating values of morality and justice according to Torah, including the Seven Laws of Noah; and preparing the people for the coming of the Messiah in the true and complete redemption.
