Galila - The Northern Galilee Development Foundation

Galila - the Northern Galilee Development Foundation is an approved charity for tax recognition in Israel, the US and the UK. Founded in 2005, our mission is to support those carefully selected, priority needs of the borderline communities. As a young, grass-roots foundation, located and rooted in our northern Galilee region, Galila is best equipped to know what is needed most, where are the true priorities and who is best able to provide the solutions for those priority needs. Life in Israel, and this region in particular, is very dynamic and there are changes all the time. We are committed to getting involved only in those areas we research and then determine as authentic priorities, serving populations that 'fall between the cracks' and where our contribution has added value. The young children and teen populations across our region need a the elderly special populations that urgently require attention Galila reaches out to all populations in the northern Galilee who need our help –without discrimination. We do so with a sense of purpose and mission. We know that, in most cases, we are the only address for philanthropic intervention and care for these residents and – on their behalf we will succeed.
