To promote and conduct Torah and community activities in the area of religion and Torah activities, to establish and operate the organization's new synagogue and ensure its regular and ongoing operation, to develop and implement religious, cultural, and educational activities, including classes, sermons, prayers, and workshops for the benefit of the organization's members and the general public, to organize and support additional initiatives and projects aimed at improving the quality of life of the organization's members and promoting the organization's goals (with the aim of strengthening the connection with the community through enrichment Torah activities and creating meaningful work for women, men, and youth in an organized framework of the organization throughout the week), to operate and finance additional activities that meet the spiritual, educational, or social needs of the organization's members and the community of Rishon Lezion (while creating educational and value content for the general audience through lectures and Torah quizzes, Psalms club, Torah classes, visits to holy and important sites for the Jewish people, festive meals to mark important events, weekends with spouses to strengthen the community, and more), any other activity that will help achieve the organization's goals, including creating partnerships with other organizations with similar goals
