To establish an active arts center year-round for professionals, students, and the general public. To create an experimental platform for artistic productions and creations in various fields including theater, dance, music, and film, as well as professional studies in creative writing and film. To establish scholarships for creators with disabilities and funds for the fulfillment, maintenance, and management of the organization's objectives. To maintain professional dialogue and cultural exchange within Israel and worldwide, and to promote Israeli arts domestically and internationally.
