Managing, operating, directing, guiding, and supervising the operation and management of the center, whether through organization employees or through engagement with an external operator or independently, including operating a day center for elderly and senior clubs, and providing human resources services for elderly care. Directing, guiding, and supervising activities for residents in the center. Ensuring and supervising the quality of service provided by the operator to residents and ensuring fulfillment of all tasks assigned to the operator. Ensuring the center operates in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
