The association will work to establish and implement laws, regulations, procedures and rules in motorsport in Israel, in coordination with the laws and regulations of the International Motorcycle Federation (FIM), and subject to the provisions of the Associations Law and the Law of Sports Driving. The association will operate in accordance with the regulations and procedures to fulfill all duties imposed upon it by law in light of the recognition granted to it, to engage in and coordinate the fields of sports driving and to represent in Israel the branches of sports driving. 2.2. To manage, develop and promote the fields of sports driving in Israel. To encourage and support the establishment of sports teams in motorsport in Israel. 2.3. Representation of the State of Israel in international competitions, events and projects. Developing international relations with sports federations, sports unions and athletes abroad. Organizing and hosting international competitions in the fields of sports driving. 2.4. Conducting training courses, training programs and studies for athletes, coaches, instructors, professional managers, judges and officials in various positions in the field of sports driving, and publishing publications, rules, guidelines, regulations (including international regulations) and professional journals in the field. Establishing a training institute for licenses and officials in the field of motorsport. 2.5. To serve as an umbrella organization for athletes, organizations and sports teams operating in the fields of sports driving in Israel, including providing responses to professional issues, establishing and implementing constitutions, regulations, procedures and rules in the fields of sports driving in coordination with the constitutions and regulations of the International Motorcycle Federation (FIM) and subject to the provisions of the Law of Sports Driving and any other relevant provision. 2.6. Organizing and managing competitions, including league competitions, cup competitions, Israeli championships, as well as other sports projects in the fields of sports driving in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Sports Driving and any other relevant provision. 2.7. Promoting and supporting Israeli athletes competing in the fields of sports driving abroad. 2.8. Instilling values of mutual respect and fair play. 2.9. Raising resources and means to promote the goals of the federation. 2.10. Education for proper riding culture and road safety. 2.11. Promoting popular riding activities with a non-competitive and/or recreational sports character (to the extent consistent with the provisions of the Law of Sports Driving or any other relevant provision), advanced riding instruction, track days and similar non-competitive activities. 2.12. The association will operate in accordance with the rules of the International Motorcycle Federation (FIM) and the European FIM Europe.
